The Penthouse at CasaBella is a private oceanfront residence in Manhattan Beach designed for a comfortable and elevated stay. Occupying its own floor with no shared walls, the space offers privacy, natural light, and an open layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open fully to a wrap-around terrace, creating a continuous indoor-outdoor experience with unobstructed views of the Pacific. The outdoor space features lounge seating and a firepit, ideal for gathering, dining, or simply watching the sunset over the ocean.
Inside, the design blends clean architectural lines with warm materials, including wide-plank wood flooring, custom wall paneling, and curated furnishings. The living area is anchored by a large sectional sofa and framed by expansive ocean views, while the kitchen features a central island, modern appliances, and a minimalist aesthetic designed for both function and flow.
The residence accommodates up to four guests comfortably, with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, along with a spacious bathroom featuring a walk-in glass shower, double vanity, and skylight that brings in natural light.
